Join us for various themed art classes where you can join like-minded individuals who share a passion for learning more ways to tune into mindful activities for therapeutic purposes.

Led by Dr. Caroline Gonzales, a Certified Holistic Sex Therapist, this series of workshops explores the ancient and present day goddess myths of the world, culminating in a therapeutic art piece. 

Together, with other professional women, we will explore an inner goddess resource who reminds us of our essence. Guided visualization exercises, research, learning about typical elements that make up your inner resource is sure to help you better understand who you are and maybe even who you were meant to be.

The Intimacy Experiment is a transformative event where you'll explore the skills we need for intimacy and intimate communication through a series of safe, fun and insightful activities. You will learn about yourself in your intimate connections, and you can use this knowledge and gain skills for more effective approaches to a partner or potential partners.

NOTE: The Intimacy Experiment is not a sexuality workshop. This event is fully clothed and all activities are optional and negotiable. You will learn about yourself, your relationship and communication styles, and you can use this knowledge and gain skills for more effective approaches to a partner or potential partners. All genders and orientations are fully welcome.

Couples will learn Seven Principles of Making Marriage Work based on Dr. John Gottman's work.

If a couple’s relationship is strong, this class will provide them with tools and insights to make their relationship even better. If a couple has a distressed relationship, this class can provide a road map for repair.

Individuals who attend a Singles Workshop are able to learn more about themselves, reflect on their past relationships, and increase emotional awareness.
