• Therapeutic Art 60 Min Session (group of 2 to 4): $35 to $50/session
• Therapeutic Art 90 min session (group of 4-6): $45 each session
• Master’s Level LPC Associate/LMSW 60 Min Session: $90 Intake/$75 session
• Master’s Level Practicum or Intern 60 Min Session: $75/Intake $50 session
• Hypnotherapy only, one issue, 60 Min Session: $75
• EMDR Therapy by an EMDR Certified Therapist: $125/session
• EMDR Consultation for EMDRIA Consultation: $75
• Life Coaching with Mentor Coach 50 Min Session: $75

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is the amount and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
• What is my co-payment for in office services vs. video teletherapy services?
• Does my plan cover marriage, family or group counseling? If so, what is my cost?

Payment

We accept HSA, HRA, FSA cards, cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand by texting the therapist or leaving a voicemail. Otherwise, you may be charged for a No Show/Missed Appointment fee for missing the session. 

We do require an up-to-date credit card to be on file.
