Individual Therapy 60 Min Session: $125 Intake & $115/session (non-EMDR)
EMDR Therapy 60 min session: $150 Intake & $130/session
Couples Therapy 60 Minute Session: $125 Intake & $110/session
Group Therapy or Group Coaching 60 Min Session: $35 to $45/session
Therapeutic Art Group 60-90 Min Session: $35 to $50/session
Therapeutic Art 90 min session (group of 4-6): $45 each session
LPC Associate/LCSW Intern Sessions: $100 Intake & $80/session
Master’s Level Practicum or Graduate Intern 60 Min Session: $50/session
Hypnotherapy only, per issue, 60 Min Session: $120 Intake/$90 session
EMDR Therapy by an EMDR Certified Therapist: $160/session
Life Coaching with Personal Coach 50 Min Session: $90

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is the amount and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
- What is my co-payment for in office services vs. video teletherapy services?
- Does my plan cover marriage, family or group counseling? If so, what is my cost?
Payment
We accept HSA, HRA, FSA cards, cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
We do require an up-to-date credit card to be on file for co-pays and payments.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand by texting the therapist or leaving a voicemail. Otherwise, you may be charged for a No Show/Missed Appointment fee for missing the session.

CONSUMER PROTECTIONS
According to Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 181, Section 181.105, we are required to provide you with information on the following processes:
1. If you wish to obtain your records from this office, please email your request to: Admin@Stillwaterccs.net
a. We must have a signed Release of Records form on file
b. To send to another office or agency: $15 for records fee
c. To be delivered to your portal: $0
d. Please give us 7-10 business days to send this information.
