I am currently attending Our Lady of the Lake University- San Antonio as a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. This program has helped me develop my understanding of the mental health field and how to apply a myriad of interventions. I gravitate toward an eclectic approach to therapy which will include, but not limited to, Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and DBT. I believe therapy can be personalized and every individual deserves a process that works for them. 

My passion for wanting to help others stems from my military family and seeing how they can be better served during and after their time serving in our military. After taking time to learn about myself and how counseling has transformed my life, I am ready to give back to my community and help others on their journey to self-discovery. In my time off I enjoy spending time with my three dogs, traveling, and painting.
