As a parent of a child with special needs, Bonni also brings personal insight into the experiences of families navigating educational systems, advocating for services, and supporting a child’s emotional and educational needs.

Bonni believes that a strong therapeutic relationship built on empathy, trust, and genuine connection is foundational to meaningful change. She meets each client where they are while honoring their individual experiences, strengths, and values. Her integrative approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, allowing her to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Bonni’s goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, navigate challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. She works collaboratively with clients to build insight, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen emotional regulation, and foster healing, resilience, and personal growth.
