LPC ASSOCIATE

SUPERVISED BY DR. CAROLINE GONZALES, LPC-S

I’m a trauma‑informed therapist specializing in women navigating trauma, moral injury, reproductive grief, and identity transitions — especially those who have lived in high‑responsibility roles or served in the military. I only offer telehealth services at this time.

For nearly two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of:

  • trauma

  • identity

  • meaning

  • nervous system science

  • and faith

My work is grounded in the belief that healing is not rushed — it is cultivated. I hold space for the parts of your story that feel heavy, unspoken, or unfinished, and walk with you as you rebuild what trauma tried to take.

My therapeutic work is structured but not rigid. I use clear systems to support pacing, safety, and progress, but the way we move through therapy adapts to your needs, your nervous system, and the season you’re in.

Some services follow a defined structure — like Covenant Foundations™, which has a set number of sessions and a guided arc. Others are intentionally flexible:

  • Fertility Evaluations are a single, focused session designed to give clarity and direction.*

  • Intensives can be scheduled when presenting challenges require deeper or accelerated work*.

  • Ongoing therapy unfolds at your pace, adjusting session frequency and focus as your life shifts.

Across all formats, my approach is steady, trauma‑informed, nervous‑system‑aware, and faith‑integrated. The goal is always the same: grounded clarity, emotional regulation, and meaningful change that holds in your daily life.
