Francine is an LPC who earned a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas San Antonio as well as a bachelor’s degree in education from Texas A&M University- San Antonio.   

Her work experience includes working primarily with parents, caregivers, young adults, and adolescents. Francine spent 12 years working as Child Life Specialist in a local pediatric hospital and worked 5 years in non-profit organizations providing support to parents and their children, navigating a new medical diagnosis, chronic illness, and life altering events. She obtained her TF-CBT (Trauma -Focused Cognitive Behavioral Certification) and has worked with adolescents and their caregivers, navigating various types of trauma and PTSD symptoms.

Francine holds a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate their trauma, PTSD, and grief. Her therapeutic style is rooted in authenticity, compassion, and a willingness to challenge thought patterns that no longer serve her clients’ growth.

Francine draws from a somatic-based approach, she integrates body awareness into sessions to help clients reconnect with themselves and process trauma on a deeper level. She believes healing isn’t one-size-fits-all and brings a flexible, client-centered approach to every session. Whether it’s through a gentle challenge, a grounding breath, or a well-timed moment of humor, Francine meets clients where they are—while helping them move toward where they want to be. Francine’s goal is to empower clients to face difficult truths, shift long-standing patterns, and rebuild their lives with clarity and resilience.
